To kickstart our meal, we indulged in the Loaded Nachos—a generous serving of crispy tortilla chips generously topped with chipotle chicken, cheese, guacamole, pico de gallo, chipotle mayo, pickled onions, and cojita cheese. True to its name, the dish truly embodied the essence of "Loaded Nachos'' by offering a plethora of ingredients. Every bite of this dish was an absolute delight. The crispy tortilla chips provided a satisfying crunch, while the creamy guacamole, tender pico de gallo, flavorful chicken, crunchy pickled onions, and savory chipotle mayo created a delightful medley of textures. The combination of these elements resulted in a truly enjoyable and multi-dimensional flavor experience.
One dish you definitely shouldn't miss is the highly popular Baja Fish Tacos. These tacos are a fan favorite for a reason. They showcase large, flaky codfish that have been expertly deep-fried to achieve a perfect crispy and golden texture. The fish is then paired with fresh vegetables and skillfully balanced with tangy mango salsa and smoky sweet chipotle aioli sauce. The crispy exterior of the fish harmonizes beautifully with the burst of fruity flavor from the mango salsa, while the chipotle mayo adds a delightful smoky and sweet kick to create a truly irresistible combination of flavors in each bite.
