Let the Iftar feasting begin! After a day of fasting, there's nothing better than a delicious and satisfying meal served together with refreshing thirst-quenchers! What better way to break your fast this Ramadan than with a lavish buffet spread? From 22 March to 21 April 2023, we've got you covered with our selection of the best halal Ramadan buffet in Singapore - The Mediterranean Deli Turk! Don't miss out on this amazing and unique dining experience!

At Deli Turk, you will be treated to an elaborate Iftar buffet spread, specially created by Chef Ahmet, an award-winning renowned chef. Chef Ahmet started culinary training at the age of 10 and over the course of his career, he not only worked as a private chef for ambassadors in 5 different countries, but also held cooking classes. He is now an Executive Chef at The Mediterranean Deli Turk to showcase authentic and healthy Ottoman cuisine.

Dishes Served During the Iftar Buffet

Some of the dishes in this buffet spread include Cauliflower Salad, Salçalı Köfte and Baba Ganoush. The Cauliflower Salad is a favorite dish of ours because of the thick and savory yogurt that coats the baked cauliflower. It is so delicious that even individuals who typically dislike vegetables are sure to enjoy it. The Salçalı Köfte, one of the main dishes, is a tomato-based dish with potatoes and meatballs. The meatballs were particularly delectable, as they were both juicy and flavorful, perfectly absorbing the rich tomato gravy. The Baba Ganoush is a mixture of spices and seasonings that heightened the fragrance and flavor of the roasted eggplant. The combination of the tender and moist Turkish Pita Bread with the flavorful Baba Ganoush was truly outstanding and one of the best pairings I've experienced.

Special Collaboration with Asia Farm

In addition, Deli Turk will be collaborating with Asia Farm to curate refreshing beverages just for the Iftar buffet, namely the Blueberry Ayran, Calamansi Ayran and Sour Plum Green Tea! If you do not know what Ayran is, it is a savory yogurt-based beverage that is refreshing and healthy! Mixed with Asia Farm’s Blueberry, Calamansi and Sour Plum cordial, you can be ensured that there will be goodness in every sip!

Deli Turk and Asia Farm’s Efforts in Fund-Raising

Deli Turk is currently also holding a fund-raising event, whereby $20 from every dining guest will be donated to Pakistan and Turkey. The reason behind this donation drive is to contribute to relief efforts in Turkey after the earthquake that hit in February, causing Chef Ahmet to lose over 120 relatives. Furthermore, Deli Turk will also donate to Pakistan to support the poor. He added, “During Ramadan, we fast, so we can understand people who don’t have food and water. We will understand them, and we will help them as well.”

To support Deli Turk’s donation drive, Asia Farm will also be participating by sponsoring 10 cartons of Purple Tea Bottles. Receive a complimentary bottle by making a donation of any amount!

In conclusion, if you are looking for a unique and delicious dining experience, The Mediterranean Deli Turk is the perfect place to go to! With specially curated food and drinks, noteworthy collaborations and fund-raising events to give back to society, why not join Deli Turk to break your fast?
